Delegate at Large F: Melanie Smith

Melanie Smith, "Mel" is from Southern California where she owned her own large family child care center and worked closely with the families where she was well known as a leader in the African-American community. Mel also managed a group home for high risk girls facing life-long trauma. She has a range of expereince from working with youth who have medical issues to older adults with disabilities.
