TC Cassidy, Technical Assistance Director and Project Director for HTR3 (Human Trafficking: Recognize, Respect, and Respond) and DVHT Demonstration Project (Domestic Victims of Severe Forms of Human Trafficking), Runaway and Homeless Youth Training and Technical Assistance Center, operated by National Safe Place Network. They are a Child and Youth Care Practitioner - Professional and approved by the Academy for Competent Youth Work to train the CYC Foundations Course and by the Center for the Study of Social Policy to provide Youth Thrive™ training. They hold a Master’s of Divinity from Phillips Theological Seminary and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. They have more than 20 years’ experience in the youth services field and has worked in direct care, supervisory and management positions. They are a talented facilitator and have provided training and technical assistance for over 15 years to child and youth care workers across the United States.
